以下介紹的是2021年考試的版本,供大家參考和準備,提醒大家要注意應試單位是否有再對考試內容變更和調整喔~~,

西餐丙級術科考試方面,總共分 301 302 303 304 共四個大項,每項下有ABCD四個題組,每個題組有四道菜,總共六十道菜.
